||uppercut: him him, dash through him, or hit, dash away, then hit again. you can also dash away and hit. a third option is jumping up, pogoing, and then hitting him when hes past you
drill: either do nothing, or pogo when hes doing the drill on the ground
bats: jump over the first set, dash, wings, then hit him with a nail art
flame pillars: hit him with your nail during the pillars(as youre walking by him), or hit him with a shriek/nail art at the very end. you can do both if you walk by him and then dash the other way||

||I used unbreakable heart, unbreakable strength, grubsong, and quick focus. You can swap out QF for dark shadow. Just okay defensively 95% of the time and hit him when you can, get a feel of the fight and find openings to be able to heal quickly. I’d recommend only healing when he scatters at first until you get used to his movements then you’ll be able to get an extra heart or two. It takes some time but you’ll beat him eventually ||
