they attack 1 at a time (unless they surround u).
u can heal everytime they do a non-nailart attack by dashing away from the attack then healing, if u dont need to heal, then dash away and attack them when their attack ends. its basically that same 'rhythm' for the whole fight.
watch out for the nail arts, u can generally use dive to safely avoid them without much effort||

Attuned difficulty is fine.
I used a healing build at the last bench.
Unbreakable Strength, Deep Focus, Quick Focus and Grubsong.

You can also do 8 bindings in P1 and P2, one at a time, in order to have 3 additional masks at every bench.
If you tend to get hit a lot, I recommend equipping Unbreakable Heart.||

That one is pretty easy to dodge you just have to || shade cloak to his behind and than hit him his attacks speed is designed on your shade cloaks reset speed so you just have to shade cloak throu his attacks hope this helped ||
