Well, something minor that I just discovered, but it's really cool
For both Grimm and NKG, every 4th pufferfish shot is a doubled up in the ground, which also implies it's free in the middle height. This makes it a whole lot easier to dodge, and it is a good opportunity to get shade souls during puff if you want.
But that also allows the dash slash tech to get a hit when he's disappearing from puff.
But I just recently discovered, you can preemptively jump to go over the doubled up final attack and shriek right past it, which gets 3 hits during puff, so you can easily get 7 shriek hits each puff and super easily ending the fight during it

Jellies do 150 damage if you don't knock uumuu out of the way, and he has 350hp in the pantheon.
This leaves 200hp which is a super easy amount to get in one go
With best charms, 4 slashes and 2 double shade souls does it the easiest and super quickly
