afaik you need a capture card for switch recording, but timing is done real time, so you only need the recording to be verified. You can optionally use livesplit manually, but your run will always be retimed according to the video evidence

oro+mato was one of the last radiant bosses i did bc in pantheons i just shotgunned them with abyss shriek

i had no clue what they even did

whereas if you've learned PV/absrad for pantheon 5, you're probably ready to jump into the radiant version

and those fights in particular are significantly more difficult without nail arts

Yeah the fireball damage is more important than skipping the text. If you're ending the fight with a fireball worth of soul it's better to do this, but otherwise not.

Hi, I'd like to attempt on speedrunning hk, but since I'm on patch 1.4 I cant use inv drop and Lurien's tower lever glitch. I tried to follow a few guides to downpatch to 1.2.2.1, but when I open the .exe whether steam wants to download the game or it just says that there are files missing, even is the full patch is downloaded, somebody could help with this ? debug mod lets you do cool things like use savestates

infinite hp and soul

stuff for practice

its not required but learning runs without this takes significantly longer

VK quick kill : your first (iirc) and third fireball need to be nail cancelled - so right after nailhitting press fireball, allows you to cancel the nail animation

and you can swap back and forth between modded and unmodded easy

basically low% is any% but we dont get dash so we have to go through dark deepnest

Does debug mode keep the save state if i quit all the way to the main menu?
