I've just skipped Trobbio's between phases fireworks attack by hitting him into a stagger on the exact hit he should've done the phase change.

I do wonder if a TAS (or a human, counting) could consistently skip the phase transition... It could save a few seconds.
With TAS' RNG manipulation, you could probably find a pattern that lets you reach the correct HP value to do it much quicker than an actual human.

(100% TE also needs to be on patch 1.1.1.8 or earlier)

Why in the mist route, do people not just get the fleas before drifters cloak, and the one after it in left side far fields? Then they can skip pretty much all of greymoor and moorwing

I somehow managed to sequence break in the mist. I got attacked by a wraith, and I jammed my controller. Next thing I knew, I was disconnected from my sprite, at phasing through things. Idk if this could have any speed running potential, but I wanted to mention it.

I also got the architect melody after doing so

But I have 3 options, tried option 1 briefly
I have a little less than 2 hours when I rewind to mij cogwork melody hardsave

Option 1: fight garmond (he is available to fight for me after the hardsave) than try high halls with him
Option 2: get double jump
Is this worth it to disable claw maidens? Ir do you need even need double jump for that
Option 3: I get double jump, then go venturing out andmeet shakra in every place, thenbuy all her maps, do her quest, disable claw maidens and let her do the forum for me

Are option 2 and 3 worth it?

I got to wave 5 in the forum with garmond which I know isnt very far

But I feel progress can be exponential, if I manage to end every wave with 4 or 5 hp I should be able to keep up, and I feel garmond can clear the big guys from wave 6 and 11 while I cling to the wall safely, that only leaves wave 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 as possible issues

(I already got both other melodies, only high halls, lace 2 and gms remain)

and don't forget to equip shaman stone

yes, but i don’t think console current patch and pc current patch are the same

it’s more consistent with ~60 fps, turning vsync on is good way to get to that range at least on pc

it’s a lot more complicated than it looks though, i’m using nail knockback to get the perfect jump, and i can tell if i got it from the sound of the jump

attempting the queen’s fireball skip is probably best

the third one requires a bit of setup, but the first two are just facing away from the transition, pressing quickmap > quick cast > quickmap, and then turning around and walking into the transition

tas retains speed (20 game units/second) from dashes, then instead of clinging to the imaginary wall after a dash, it clings and unclings from it every physic frame (1 frame cling, 1 frame uncling), which allows it to get a slightly faster speed (~20.01) because of how you get repositioned after reclinging iirc
