so i recently saw a post about someone going from 112% to 111% after giving a charm to divine. since you have to unlock the grimm troupe anyway for godhome ending, could you theoretically purchase fragile strength, use it for the whole game, then give the charm to divine to reduce your percent back to the lowest possible? or would the run strictly end once you get the ending?
think it introduces an interesting question about low percent about whether or not youre allowed to continue the run past the end of the game if youre able to reduce the final completion percentage. what do yall think? (regardless you could only have one of the fragile charms as she can only hold on to one)

equipping charms is due to a glitch called bench storage where the game thinks you are still on a bench even after getting off of it

falling twice as fast happens due to a glitch called transition storage which is gotten on lp from opening inventory in a load while having bench storage

you noclip through everything because its faster than not noclipping through everything

Having the mod active is not. But using it to practice is fine. Although in most cases there's probably a file you can just download instead. You can check the category rules for specifics, I'm not sure how ILs like that are usually handled. (I would have assumed most pantheon runs are done on a godseeker file, and/or a file with lifeblood available )

My route mostly uses benchstorage to boob (bench out of bounds) to speed up some movement and a combo of float and wcs (wall cling storage) so skip the places where cdash would normally be required.

Yes, there are several differences between the patches, the most notable are probably inventory drops (doable any time on 1221 and only the frame you leave a ledge on LP) and lever skips. But there's nothing wrong with running latest patch. Also you can have multiple patches installed at the same time if your main concern is still being able to play your existing saves

you can skip 12%, I would recommend skipping pantheons 1-4, Kingsoul/voidheart, colo 3, seer ascension, 1 mask, and then 4% of your choice

np! 20 hours is a long time, so if you've played the game before it shouldn't be too much of a constraint

also worth noting that pausing the game pauses the timer so you can take breaks and look things up etc.

Basically, going all the way to sanctum for Dive takes forever compared to just buying lantern, Dive doesn't reduce Uumuu cycles so barely matters for that, and THK is not too bad

Don’t you need shade dash for Monomon? Might be wrong idk, I’m no speedrunner

You need either crystal dash or isma's tear. Shade cloak will get you to Archives but without one of the other two you're not getting to Monomon

You will most likely get shade cloak before monomon in a normal play through, but in speedruns you can do an acid skip in the very bottom left of crossroads.
