Bench storage is the game getting into a state where it thinks you're always on a bench which lets you open inventory at any time which can be used to go out of bounds
Airwalk jump is a really hard glitch to perform in which you get airwalk which means the game forgets to remove grounded state when jumping with some means and doing subframe-perfect unpress represses to jump midair

Airwalk jumps can be buffered with pause but that can't be chained

i prefer watching video tutorials over written guides (its just easier for me) and i was wondering whether these two routes are similar enough so i could watch fireborn's guide and make a few adjustments or should i just learn from the powerpoint presentation even though it will be "harder"

Hi! The top level routes are extremely different because of things current patch can do, but on current patch you can do the route that is practically 1221, it's going to be timeloss but it's easier to do.
Both video amd PowerPoint presentation are quite outdated I believe. I recommend looking at Gwonkee's guide (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5yUX98-76A) for some tricks, and asking questions in the pinned server (also there is a doc pinned in #any-percent that provides some explanations on differences between patches

So far, I setup two separate installations with the launch .exe file but for some reason it's still accessing the base game. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

ok I'm working on getting a clip but I have gotten it to happen consistently BUT as others have said I''m pretty sure it is just lag as a result of 1221 running really poorly on my poorly equipped computer. So while it does save time in getting out of mound, the amount of missed inputs (causing you to say die to the goam room vengeflys, from experience) would probably make late game super difficult and likely would end up making you waste more time than you save

Don't try to practice it if you already have ismas as its impossible. Also you can practice starting cdash quickly on a wall that's not next to acid

after you dash into the wall, press jump immediately after pressing cdash, if you time the cdash right, the cdash will start charging and the jump input won't do anything. If you press cdash too early, the cdash won't charge, and you'll jump off the wall before hitting the acid, letting you try again without dunking

Hello again, I'm trying to do a low% Colosseum of Fools, with the least amount of skills, items and bosses killed. My route now is glitch with the float bug with the mask shard of the grub father into fungal waste and get mantis claws. Then kill gruzz mother and do the shade skip to blue lake, and go to resting grounds. Go down to city and go to the king's station. Then go to kingdom's edge, and go up to the Colosseum. I wonder if I could do a itemless noclip glitch in resting grounds, so I can skip the mask shard and mantis claws. The only problem is doing a itemless blue lake shade skip for every attempt of the colosseum (I can't go to the bench without claws), but I don't care of the difficulty.

I think you need claw to get dreamgate which you need for noclip unless you allow mms. You could air walk jump but Idk if your willing to go that far to cut claw

It's a weird general effect that affects almost everything in the game very slightly and isn't really manipulatable

It's for example why Gorb sometimes doesn't get double hit by Shaman Shade Soul and other fun stuff

It's also part of the reason for the "Jump height is RNG" meme
