I did a bit of examining. Without the echo barrel, the Maddox is decent at best. With it, however, it becomes a guaranteed 2 shot monster. It says it ‘increases recoil’, but what it really does is completely remove horisontal in exchange for a bit more vertical

Specifically, the weapon has a 2 round burst that comes out incredibly fast with a relatively slow delay (but still much faster than sks or oden) and is guaranteed whole body 2 shot up to 16m. After that, only head, chest, and upper arm retain 2 shot capability

For a br loadout I wouldn’t recommend the echo barrel, as it really lacks at range

Taking a look at your build, aim assist laser and agile are good options: former improves bsa (which helps land both bullets) and latter improves strafe
