how many hours do you reckon it took some of you to learn how to do flip resets etc...and was there specific things that helped you practice how to do them

and really it doesn't matter..
Hop into training and watch some youtube vids and just mess around, don't force it... if you train everyday for 30mins thats fine.. as long as you're having fun

I guess some people are naturally good at that kind of stuff.....I am currently not very good in the air even for basic stuff....so I have tried to spend more time on the ground learning better ball control (this was advised by my friend who is C3)...
I do go into training a fair bit and try to practice basic floor and air dribbles along with other mechanics but still a long way to go.
I thought perhaps my lack of progress in these areas is because I might just be missing some simple tricks/control mechanics so I thought I would just ask.
and by asking hours I could try and gauge how far behind I might be. (but I do realise individual skill comes into play here also)
