That's just a ground dodge cancel. Imagine doing a wavedash correctly, then imagine doing it wrong. In between there is a sweetspot for a ground dodge cancel. If you do it right and have a tiny bit of bias either left or right, your car will 180°. If there's no bias (e.g. via keyboard), your car will just endo and lock you out of moving for a brief moment until the dodge duration has ended. Sadly it's absolutely useless mechanically as it kills all of your momentum
