if u turned more to one side it would be a 180 degree flick, or if u turn less a 45 degree flick. If ur learning flicks then I suggest the pack called musty flicks. I'm gold and I've used it to learn musty flicks those 180 flicks, and used the second shot to learn a pop to airdribble. you can find it in the browse section, and it should be the last training pack that you see before you scroll down to reveal more

If you’re attempting it off the wall you’re better to take it off the wall like a normal air dribble, but forward ‘dash’ into it like you’d be taking a shot, the more speed on the baller the harder it is to save, plus the more distance you have gives you more time to react and adjust
