Sorry for the confusion. I'd tell you to wait patiently, if you gave the correct stuff and needed information then it'll be dealt with. Ban Appeals take time since it's a small team taking care of many appeals and tickets are taken in order. If you didn't provide all of the information needed when opening the ticket then it is obviously gonna take longer. :)

I'll say this as well, and It's not my network and I'm not part of it at all. However, 28 servers is impossible to monitor. You guys are out of your minds if you think you can manage 28 servers. What happens if these things actually pull pop? It doesn't matter if you have custom API's for BattleMetrics that are giving custom flags or anything, there's no shot. Especially not with only 15~ administrators whom 75-80% of are usually offline. Statistically speaking, you have about 3-5 admins that are online at any given time with your numbers, how can they be expected to administrate the servers if there are 28 of them?

We have approximately 400 ban appeals in progress. We have a very small team on the appeal team (special role in the admin team). Right now, based on player feedback, it appears to be about a month or two until they are resolved.

(Again I don't exactly know the time frame, so take that with a grain of salt.)

Hey, as I wrote a couple messages ago, ban appeals are dealt with in the order they come in, be patient. It can take weeks since the team's small.

All you can do is make sure all the information is added to your ticket so that whoever deals with you ban appeal can have all the evidence once they see your ticket. It'll speed up your ban appeal tickets a lot and there's less back and forth texting.
