Dependent on the nature of your ticket, it may have been put through to Admins or Owners - these tickets are handled in the order in which they're received and they have an abundance of tickets to work through. Only our senior admin team is able to view/close those ticket types and currently there are none available. As such our only thing to do is wait until one can come in and close it out for you.

The update on the client side will roll out after the top of the hour, depending on when facepunch pushes it

As for the maps, they automatically populate 24 hours in advance to the next scheduled wipe. Some of the maps that aren't at the 24 hour mark will not have the maps shown.
