Why are there Double monuments when people hate it?

Why no deep sea thats because its gonna give a huge lag spike and some people might crash when it spawns but we are working on this but it is something for in our future updates

Why people get sus account banned just see it lake a sort of safe ban couse if somone hits a triple headshot whit a account whit 300 hours thats a bit weird to see so just in case doe we ban them then can they create a ticket and show us that they dont cheat or stuuf like that

Why doe it take so long for us to respond on tickets that because there is a small team in our staffteam that can do the tickets and specialy the ban/unban tickets we have like 2 hand full of people that can do that and we get a lot of tickets so its hard to react verrys fast and the oldest tickets get a faster respon because they waited the ticket que already

Why are there so many servers wiping every day thats so the people that had a bad wipe can get a new wipe to play or so that they can be at wipe day thats also te keep our population up

Okay I’ll answer to your first point, why is the map so big? Is it because there 800-1k pop on them? Ok fine but by doubling the monuments the map isn’t actually bigger because there isn’t «more» space to build, while also increasing said server lag since if there wasn’t double monuments deep sea could already be added. I don’t like how facepunch is being blamed for this when in reality the map generation is horrible and double monuments suck (I’ve also seen water treatment plants next to eachother, which completely defeats the purpose and is lazily made.)

I understand why you ban sus accounts, my question is why is it ok for a player with a 2 day old vac ban to be on the server, but someone who is new to the game gets insta banned. Should be fair no?

I know there’s a small team for tickets but it has been that way for a while and the team is barely increasing in size, and it doesn’t seem like the actual owners care it takes months to get a ticket response:

And lastly there are atleast 2 or 3 servers of the same kind wiping everyday, there has to be a balance between having the ability to restart your wipe and having 3 solo servers wiping everyday. It’s too much and I know many people agree. Right now no matter how good your wipe is it’s meaningless because people just jump on the next server that wipes leaving the server to die. Eliminating the chance for more online raids, tier 3 pvp etc.

Hey, if youre talking about the rustmagic kits, yes, they are 1 day redemption and your deposit will expire after 24 hours.

However, then can be redeemed on all servers

If you choose 1 day, then typically you'd only be able to redeem once since there is a post-wipe cooldown and redemption cooldown
