But because we are one of the biggest Rust communities we have a lot of bans and a lot of people that want unbans, including cheaters, teamers, ban evaders etc.

Which in turn makes it a very long queue and a very long response time for each appeal.

Most likely issue is on your side try restarting your router ( turn it off for 3 minutes and turn on again) that should flush dns and probably give you new ip and it should resolve the issue

I believe it is automated system, it does catch a lot of cheaters however no system is perfect. Please open a ban appeal ticket but please note it may take a while to get a reply as it’s a smaller team that handles these due to the extra vetting required
