Yeah it's set up so that if the power isn't needed for the current population servers aren't being used for it. As soon as it hits a certain threshold the servers will automatically bring more online to help accommodate more players

Only certain admins are able to appeal a ban and they work on them as fast as they can. Because each ban appeal requires investigation these take time.

At the end of the day @rancid blade is correct. Moderators do not have any access to the appeal systems tickets and there are no estimated wait times.

This is primarily because each ticket can vary wildly based on the amount of investigating needed and the amount of tickets in queue which also varies quite a bit.

I understand that it is distressing to have to wait, especially if, as you say, it will only take a second. However it's not fair to anyone else in the queue if the line got skipped for a couple players here and there.

You will receive a response once a decision has been made or they need more information from you, not before. And nobody will respond to you about your personal ticket in a public chat.

Please be patient as our admins work on their tickets.

checking on battlemetrics gives you a good idea of what the pop is on wipe day / second wipe day after force. Last wipe it had a high of 40, but a month ago it had a high of 120. Also its end of finals week for a lot of colleges, so maybe higher is my guess
