Tickets are handled in the order they are received. Most tickets are handled fairly quickly. Ban appeal tickets are the outlier as only certain admins are allowed to handle those.

No matter what type of ticket you sent in I assure it has not been overlooked. And we are working on them As fast as we are able.

Any of the servers titled vanilla do not have kits enabled.

Rest assured all kits have a cool down period after a wipe before they can be claimed based on the contents and strength of the kit.
