I understand that it is in the best interest of the server to only penalize with evidence being beyond a reasonable doubt. The best interest of the server and the honest player/his friends are not the same.

I got banned after I shot someone in full dark night time, but the enemy had night vision goggles on and as I am on max gamma I saw his footsteps hitting the ground and I shot him, as the admin saw, I didnt even get the kill because it was really hard to see the enemy. I wrapped around towards the left side and died and got banned instantly

we've been around for years, we have used ovh, path, cloudflare, and game specific hosts such as GSK, Physgun, Tempest. all of which have terabits of network capacity with T1 isps such as GTT and NTT. they cannot mitigate against these attacks either..

i wish it was not the case. but feel free to research the impacts this latest botnet is having on everyone (google, microsoft, amazon, etc)

there's several international lawsuits going on right now. there's a bunch of comprimised IoT devices that make up this attack that targets anyone and everyone and causes issues. its why a bunch of updates are being released to update things like smart tvs, cctv cameras and stuff. its millions and billions of those sending network packets to any desired destination from the attacker.
