I waited 5 days and yesterday an admin didn't even reply and just said, I am sorry but we will have to deny. Makes no sense why I am getting banned just because I am on a new account even though im fine on everu other server. Hello, I am playing as a duo on EU mondays we took a base over at the beginning of wipe which was an open jungle 2x1 with 2 doorframes no doors and his tc. Today we were at tunnels came back and all of the previously placed structures (Walls doorframes and tc) have been removed and there is no possible way this could have been by raid.We have no idea who owned this base previous to us claiming it but it seems as they have been banned and there structures removed. I'm writing on behalf of a friend who was recently banned and would like to request a fair review of the situation.

During his last wipe on Rustoria, he had a strong and clean start. He managed to kill two players with a crossbow early on, playing completely legitimately — without the use of any cheats, scripts, or third-party tools.

Shortly after these kills, someone wrote in chat: "Wait 2 minutes and you'll be banned." At the time, he laughed, thinking it was just a joke — since he knew he hadn’t done anything wrong. However, a few minutes later, he was actually banned, which left him confused and disappointed.

He takes the rules very seriously and has never used any form of cheating. He truly enjoys playing on Rustoria and would never risk losing access to it over unfair gameplay.

He would be very grateful if the team could take the time to review his case seriously. He’s ready to answer any questions or provide additional context if needed.
