We don't disclose anything other than the main ban reason players see when they try to connect - we stand to gain nothing by giving more information than absolutely necessary. If players were given a rundown of why they got caught, it would just give them a recipe to avoid detection. 🙂

Alright, so it's very far from 90% of your tickets - in fact, the majority of your tickets have resulted in bans or outcomes where the reported player simply wasn't cheating - at least in the opinion of the admin investigating the situation. I understand it can be frustrating feeling like some of your tickets aren't being handled quickly enough - but the reality is that this loophole you're describing doesn't exist - if a player is on our servers and is cheating, they will be banned, regardless of which account they're on. I wish I could show you behind the curtain, and see the insane amount of effort that goes into tickets and investigations, if I could - you would absolutely not have your current outlook. Alas, I hope you continue to make good reports, as it seems you have been doing. 🙂

Don't ever login on any website other than Steam itself, then after that you should open Rustoria and you'll be able to simply click the login with Steam button, without putting in any of your info

This goes for ANY and EVERYTHING that needs a Steam login, always open Steam in a new tab and make sure you're logged in, that way you never type in any of your credentials anywhere but on Steam itself

You can simply do a Google search for Steam Oauth if you're concerned about what websites can do with that information, but it's very limited
