Moral of the story is, as long as you are not cheating or violating any of our rules, you will not be banned

I was banned on my account, when I had done nothing wrong. All the information I was given was "play elsewhere". I haven't done anything suspicious and I also paid for a que-skip. When I contacted an admin through the Rustoria website support, he just said "You are banned for play elsewhere on your other account, which transfers over to this account. You are not permitted to play on our servers." This doesn't give me any information on my ban? So, if I can't get unbanned can I at least receive a refund for my purchase yesterday.
