Jenx, I’m a dedicated player since 2022. I’ve been in the server long enough to know the rules are strict. So we actually looked into this guy and he had no trace of cheating. He had less than 20 kills, 8 days into the wipe. He doesn’t build or do anything.

I have appealed and made several tickets, all of which get either closed or denied with no additional information, I have NEVER played on a rustoria server, and only tried to connect at which point I was banned. The ban is from 2 months ago I bought the game 1 week ago and have never played a rustoria server. I would like to work with the support team to resolve this issue for me and any additional players experiencing bugs like this but my questions are never answered in tickets or appeals.
