A: We are experiencing widespread network issues at the moment. Our host has been actively working on said issues since they began, and we hope to have a fix as soon as possible. Although there is no ETA right now, we will update you when we know more.

Q: Why aren’t admins doing anything?
A: An admin’s role is to help players in Discord and to handle player-created tickets in game. We cannot do anything to “fix” the current issues. Neither can head moderators or chat moderators. Devs are the only staff who have any control over network and/or connectivity problems, but in this case, it is largely out of their hands as well since the issues are originating with our host.

Q: Can you shut down the server?
A: Not at this time. There are too many people currently in the server to have that make sense. That being said, that decision would be made by management, not admins.

Q: What about a roll back?
A: No roll back is planned at this time, but again, that decision would be made by management if they feel that it’s warranted or necessary.

Q: What about a restart?
A: Restarting the server would not fix anything since the issues are network-related, not hardware.
