Unfortunately I cannot divulge what admins do and do not do in appeals to determine who is cheating. I actually do not know, as I am simply a chat moderator!

That being said, I actually am a software engineer who specializes in video game security, so I will give you a better answer that is unrelated to Rustoria. If you were banned by EAC for cheating, then Rustoria will not uplift the ban no matter what. A gameban is considered the "final say" in terms of whether someone is cheating or not.

If you were banned by Rustoria specifically for cheating, they will not divulge how or why they detected you (Not to accuse you of cheating, but to simply give an example). This is because any information given to you would only help cheaters potentially.

For example, lets say that they detected you aimbotting because you snapped 180 degrees in 0.2 seconds and headshot two people. What information does that give? It immediately says "Our anticheat is watching your player angles and using that for a basis of detection" This is not good to give to cheaters. Information given up, is a tool lost.

So, unfortunately, they are unlikely to tell you why or how you were banned for hacking, but they will divulge whether it is permanent, or not, or whether they plan to accept an appeal, or not.

If you were truly not cheating, then I would consider reformatting your computer and/or making sure you do not have any software installed that could cause anti-cheats to trigger.
