Timeouts are not caused by your internet turning off, or having a low download speed, they're caused by random fluctuations which you can't see without specialised software, nor control in any way - the longer you're in a queue, the more likely this sort of thing is to impact you. There is no way to avoid this happening, besides buying VIP and bypassing the queue entirely
