Choose better teammates. You are obviously still on the team UI, still auth'd on TCs/Turrets and thus still considered part of the team. Your team obviously knowingly invited a hacker onto the team, and you are a victim of association. It sucks, but people rejoin all the time later in wipe, and if you did you would directly be benefitting from the cheaters.

There aren't enough hours in the day for admins to sit around and wait hours/days to see if someone on a team is going to rejoin the server
