the only way to appeal your ban is to login to the steam account that is banned on the rustoria website. you will not be able to appeal your ban from another account. also, playing with a cheater on your team is a legitimate ban, regardless of whether or not you knew they were cheating. you can still try to log in to the correct account to appeal the ban, but in most cases, you will just have to wait out the duration of the ban. check the attached image/link below for our server rules.

Sometimes its quick, sometimes you gotta wait a day or so.

I just want to play the game. Never had this issue with Rustopia or Hollow. This is my personal account, never shared, to my knowledge never hacked, and I've only had this issue now living at this apartment.
I know people don't typically believe false bans but at this point I'm pissed. I've never cheated in a singular game in my life, I'm 30 and at no point am I looking to start
I despise being accused of something I've never done, and it's downright fucking enraging having to explain the situation to friends that want to play on the server, let alone having experienced cheaters that have messed up wipes for me before.
Where and how can I get this sorted?
