Chances are high you're just seeing other players/teams use the same clan tag when it's not actually the same team. If you are having VIP issues, such as:

• Queue skip not working
• Never received your kits in-game
• VIP transfer (If you bought for the wrong server)
• Wishing a refund according to TOS (Refer to 6. Returns and Refunds https://rustoria.co/terms)

What we do not offer:

  Note: We used to transfer VIP within the first 7 days of buying but this has since been changed.
