Happens. Life goes on, sucks for the temporary delay in most cases. Does yours have an expiration? Normally 7 days I believe. Just need to be careful who you choose to play with - as long it doesn't become a pattern/repetitive problem, you're all good

Yeah, like it says, seems like it was a temporary EAC ban, which isn't always a big deal at all. Happens for different reasons and completely separate from the server system. Hopefully an admin is around (they always are but they tend to be busy) and they can take a look into your situation

this is a common game bug that often occurs when the water source reaches 0. the sprinkler animation turns back on after the water source is refilled, but the planter boxes stop receiving water. the only known fix i am aware of is the same one you have just mentioned.
