They're always following up on every ticket as quickly as they can. Could be that the individual you suspect of cheating isn't actually, or that there's an ongoing investigation, or that they just are spread thin and are currently handling other issues. The admins work stupidly hard though - best you can ever do is send in a detailed ticket (including any evidence can be huge but all good without) and using F7 to report to EAC as well

Just make sure not to call anything out in chat or voice for best results and then just try to minimize your exposure

I was coding a image to text translator with rust open and received a game ban, I was playing on eu low pop at the time but just afk. It was written in python and not overly complicated. It did not access any game files or memory. In simple terms it takes a screen shot, reads the text with easyOCR from the image and translates it. I never expected this could get me banned.
