Personally in my experience its the bases with deployables that cause alot of lag when you fight next to them. and on long people tend to build extremely big bases with alot of deployables such as auto sort and stuff. And if we allow more players it can cause alot of stress on a server. So especially Long would have lower !slots due to that theory

Gonna be honest : not a "dev" but I did quite some installation, I don't see anybody else complaining about it, I would therefore guess it's a problem in your installation
if you still think there is a bug, it wouldn't be something we can handle anyway, it would be a gamebug which would require you to make a f7 report
