We do care, that's why all of the admins here spend as much of their free time as possible going through thousands of tickets as quickly as possible and replying to each one. Moderators don't have access to tickets and this isn't something we would do due to sensitive information being shared in them sometimes and the fact moderators can play on the servers. Not to mention, having someone tell you that we are busy and the ticket will not be checked yet wouldn't make a difference to your situation in-game, while I appreciate it is nice from your perspective to get a message, we still would get to the ticket in the same time frame to actually take action while going through the tickets and getting to yours.

Well thank you, and you're right there is sometimes others who don't get an ideal response time to their ticket than even we would like. With such popular servers though and soo many reports, it does happen sometime and we don't like it either. I honestly do get from your perspective as well when you just see what is a blatant cheater, you've made a ticket and some time goes by without even a response it may give the perception we don't care, but all I can do here is use words and tell you that's really not the case, we honestly go through tickets as fast as we possibly can as they are coming in and try to pick out the rage cheaters but when there is hundreds of tickets this just doesn't always happen as fast as the player would like when they are losing items unfairly. I do appreciate you taking the time you submit a ticket though and hope you continue to do so, as well as coming here to express some concerns and discuss this with us in a calm manner. Hopefully we do better for you next time and I hope you enjoy the rest of your wipe.

Despite not many people believing it, money from VIP just goes straight back into the servers, hosting this many servers with hardware for especially the official servers and the population they get is extremely expensive. I also feel it's better this way, having people volunteer you get a better character who actually wants to spend time to just help players and create a better environment for everyone.

It's not that easy, if you get people that don't have the right profile you might get it worse. First you need people that are/were rust players, no toxicity (remove 75% of the players), people who want to do it/can handle/speak to people, ...), have a minimum of technical knowledge in network (ips, ....), must not have an ego, ...

we are aware of an issue with the verification of certain account link rewards (twitch). we have contacted the developers, and we are waiting to hear back from them. for steam, an admin told me that it usually takes a while for steam to send out the info to sync up with the game, so you may have to wait quite a while.
if it still does not work, try closing your game and your steam, then wait about 10-15 minutes to restart them. then wait 5 minutes before typing /auth in game.
