There are multiple rustoria servers either hundreds of players across them all. There are only a limited amount of admins that can handle tickets for all those people so your ticket/appeal is dealt with in the order it is received that’s why typical response time is 1-3 business days but most the time quicker but that is a rough estimate to give the admin in charge of your specific situation to review your appeal.
