Your previous account was banned by the developer of the game, there is no mistake, and it had nothing to do with clipping software. You will be able to appeal the ban on your alt account once your gameban reaches 180 days old, and not before. That is assuming that you only have 1 gameban, if you have more, it will be longer / permanent. 🙂

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
