Hello, I installed new components in my computer - RTX 3060 Ti, Ryzen 5 5600, 16GB RAM at 3600MHz. When launching Rust, everything seems fine, but after about 15 minutes to 1 hour, it starts to stutter for about 5-10 minutes. Later, everything returns to normal for about 1-3 hours, and the cycle repeats. When connecting to a server, it uses around 14GB of RAM, and after 1-2 hours, it drops to about 7-9GB. Running (Gc.collect) doesn't seem to help. Has anyone encountered this issue and knows how to resolve it?

Or sometimes, after exploring the map further, it starts to stutter. I don't want to talk about flying a mini copter...

Rust is a CPU and RAM intensive game, uses very little in the way of GPU - your specs are fine, 16GB of RAM is the minimum to run Rust "well" I would say - You would need to send screenshots of your in-game settings, particularly the experimental ones, if we're going to take a stab at recommending what to try. So i got banned for "cycling members" on 5x trio, me and my original duo gave everything away and got offlined, started the next day with my other friend but he already had a third and my original duo came back, so since we couldnt add him on team since its a trio sever. So i rejoined my duo and started from absolutely scratch. Didn't keep anything from my other friend to avoid this ban, yet it still happened. No teaming or anything.
i have spoken to a staff member a while ago when there was a tc teaming glitch and this question came upon from many others. He specified it is okay to rejoin the original clan as long as that clan starts from scratch, 0.

If you mean outpost, I believe that you can't go to sleep in safezones or other monuments, you will get auto-killed

Sleepers are automatically killed after 20 minutes inside a safe zone (Bandit Camp, Barn, Fishing Village, and Outpost). This is an intended part of the game itself -- not a server modification. If you log out in a safe zone, you have to reconnect within that timeframe to move out of there. If you log out in a loot room, you are automatically killed when the loot respawns. The only safe place to log out is inside your own secured base!

Bans are reviewed on appeal and appeals are accepted or denied based on the outcome of that review. We don't do "checks" when you appeal, if someone is banned, we already have the evidence required to ban them, but extenuating circumstances exist in some cases - so if you believe your ban is incorrect, please do submit an appeal 🙂
