It's almost certainly network related - normally if you're actually getting blocked by Cloudflare, it will say so, and give you a ray-ID for troubleshooting - this just seems like it's not loading at all for you, which generally fixes itself by using another browser. Could try power-cycling your router and clearing cookies/cache on the browser you're using

The only bans we care about are Rust bans. And if someone has a Rust ban, that means they are publisher banned and can't play on that account anyway. Newer accounts also aren't really indicative of much other than that - it's a newer account. We spend a lot of time investigating each report that comes in, but we can't watch someone indefinitely because as Marc said, we have thousands of players and hundreds of tickets. If you feel someone is cheating but we don't see anything at the time of an investigation, you're welcome to submit another ticket so we can look at them again.

Unfortunately they don't really show much - one you were AFK adjusting your settings to record clips in general, the other you weren't watching behind you, so it was easy for someone to sneak up on you. I understand from your perspective the timing of both was probably suspicious, but we would never ban someone off of those clips. We have to gather our own evidence, and the admin who handled your tickets found none when they investigated. If you still believe he is cheating, you are free to make another ticket so we can look into the player again.

finally home now. The best thing i can suggest is to make a new ticket on the player you suspect is exploiting or cheating. Give as much info as you can and add your screeenshots that you have also. That way whoever deals with your new ticket knows everything going on and what to look for. Sry for the delay
