I'm trying to enter the server, I wait 3 hours each time for 150 people and when I enter the server, it kicks me out.

The 'server has disabled the companion app feature' error comes up when the app port is set to -1. I think that might be a default setting so you need to specify a port to override it. It needs to be set 67 higher than the game port, so on a default setup, game port is 28015, so app port should be 28082.
If you just type
app.port
by itself in the console, it will report what is currently being used. Chances are it's going to say -1.

I just want to put my message here. Rustoria is my favorite server. I buy VIP every Wipe. I really love it. I know that EAC problem is face punch problem but to be honest I thing there is commercial interests in this problem. By the way, I asked my friends to play with me on rustoria smth like month ago. Therese no possibility for them to buy VIP from their countries. (And mine too). And for some of them even if it’s possible - it’s very expensive. It’s not so cheap for me too, but I REALLY LOVE RUSTORIA. Now I got 2 active moth VIPs. And months ago my friends always got kicked from 2-4 hours queue. And not only by EAC. Logout, idle 30 min and etc (without been idle lol). So I asked admins for help. Even he saw that me have golden nickname he CAPS messaged on me smth like DONT ASK IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND IF I WILL GIVE YOU YOU WILL COME AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!! (Like I’m poor or what the fuck guys???))
Now after global we saw the information in dev blog - game kick problems fixed. I call my friends again. And what do you think? It’s only 5 days holidays when I not work. All this days they sit in queue for 2-3 hours. And in the final of queue they got kicked. Kicked kicked kicked. The final result: I’m playing SOLO on eu long vs big clans. No great experience, no good feelings, admin talking with me like I’m poor dog asking him for eat. 5 days of holidays really in trash. After toommorow - work. It makes me sick, fully frustrated etc. fuck this shit…
