They actually do, and they do a very damn good job at it.
They are humans with lives outside of a game... they have lives to live also. Sometimes it takes a little for them to take a look into things, you coming here and calling them shit and bashing on them does nothing but show your character and that you have little to no patiance.
They manage many servers and have an insane amount of tickets to look into, players to investigate and so much more than you have no idea about.
The Admins's that the upper mgmt picks to admin the servers and players are some of the best in the game.

Don't come here and bash the staff that takes care of the servers and does a large chunk of the grunt work to make sure that people are enjoying their experience.

EAC problem is a Facepunch issue not a Rustoria issue. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to fix it..just have to have patience that Facepunch is working on it
