It's great that one member of our team has been shown and told what's happening, but there are another 5 members of our team that were also playing. i don't think its right that only 1 member was brought into that call and told the reasoning behind the ban. I believe there is a lack of communication between the staff member that has banned the players, it's alright for that one person to be told what is happening but for him to come back and relay all of that information he has been told in the last 2–5 minutes is a challenging task for anyone.

Something to factor in when making a ticket or an appeal is that there can at times be hundreds if not thousands of tickets to go through, add the fact that the admins still need to be in game to investigate... 1-3 business days is still fast.
I know it sucks, but trust that they will get to your ticket with the quickness.

Force wipe is the first Thursday of the month. We wipe the following if applicable:

  • Map
  • Blueprints
  • Shop points

3x will skip the wipe on Friday. 10x will wipe again on Friday.

Force wipe typically happens around 2PM EST / 7PM UK / 8PM CET.
<t:1704394800:F> (your local time) is the time of the next force wipe and it will happen <t:1704394800:R>.
