I fished for like 4 hours yesterday. For like 3250 scrap. I was taking a boat home across the ocean and was booted from my boat, took damage and died. I was pretty far out to sea in the dark I figured that the scrap would still be there, not even a couple minutes passed. My bag was still there and everything except the scrap.

It's unfortunate that you have lost that amount of scrapped. It's possible it might have been looted by another player as admins do not play or interfere with the game in anyway.
