we do care and we do everything we can do to catch them, we ban lots of people everyday and we try our best to keep our servers clean but unfortunately there is a big problem with cheating in Rust at the moment. We are human like everyone so sometime we can't catch them right away, that's why we always tell people they can make another ticket when they believe someone is suspicious and they didn't get the answer they expected from us

and of course we do not allow people cheating on our servere but some might be toggling to use it only in rare cases and we would need to see it at the exact moment they are doing something suspicious.

This is more to combat the rampant soft esp usage of established players within your community. If there is somebody playing on your servers that is so good they can constantly get 10+ kills every roam, you should demand to see video proof. Any player that good is already recording.
