On other servers, they can detect hacks better. In rustoria , we suffer a lot, and no one catches them. Tickets are useless, as they are mostly the same answer.

However, please feel free to submit another ticket and F7 them if you believe we should re-investigate that player.

We do our best to get to tickets as soon as possible. I can assure you tickets are not useless, as we investigate each and every ticket to the fullest with every tool available to us. We also only ban players when we're 100% sure about players cheating/hacking. As such, sometimes (not always) the players do toggle so it's important not to call them out in-game, voice chat, or even Discord

Unfortunately, the Steam Authentication issues are a recurring issue with Rust on wipe days. We can't do anything about the issues. You can try restarting Rust/Steam, or just waiting. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of a direct fix. Make sure you F7 report the issue to Facepunch in hopes they resolve it with Steam.
