There is a reason there is a system for that. Rustoria receives an abundance of reports that the admins work to address day in and day out. Please submit a report and the admins will get to it quickly as possible. Admins will not refund any items in-game unfortunately, however if you find the hackers base it will not be removed so you will be allowed to raid in to retrieve the items.

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
