Unfortunately I have no clue what you're talking about since we have a lot of servers but oftentimes in situations like this a player has seen a ban notice in chat that involves a player in a clan but they don't realize the ban notice is in error and it's just caused by a VPN.

So they'll see a player from the clan being banned for hacking but then the group remaining, since obviously it was a system side error that gets resolved
