Every month we have the same laggs, server owner is aware of t hat and dosn't attack this problem, bcs this problem mostly last for only first few days of the wipe, and then there is less ppl. So they prefer to invest less money for those times wheen there is less ppl, than invest more money to please people at begining of the wipe.
