if this helps at all, basically the main "bone" part is small feathers and kinda fuzzy maybe depending on the wing, then there's a middle feathered part of medium feathers, usually towards the end of the wing, then the big long feathers. make em thin and don't copy real images of them if you wanna do stylized looks because the real images are super complicated. One of my friends is great at drawing stuff and I forget what shape they used but it was sort of like that last screenshot, where it's like, a rectangle but one side is pushed forward more to give it the tapering of a feather. Maybe this helps, maybe you already know all this lmao, either way keep drawing stuff, what you made looks great!

not my work*** but this is what u wanna be doing. In ur drawings ur using lots of construction lines which isnt what gesture drawing is about. Its more about getting used to different forms and shapes and how they move with the rest of the body. Try being looser and quicker
