I can’t explain it… but… I can kinda show you what it looks like I usually try starting with either the head or stomach, and then make cylinders or squares.

I use the S line method if I really need help to find portions usually the head will be about a third the size of the shoulders depending on the muscle. And the hips should be about the same length as the shoulders when closed. Hands should be about the size of the face. Otherwise I use references
