the shading is very random and scratchy and you seem to only be using one pencil, like an hb. Id firstyl reccommend u look at other artists work to see how they shade, and how i usually do this is LIGHTLY block out the main shadow areas, get a SOFTER pencil, such as 4-5b, and lightly start shading in a uniform direction, then u can use a blending stub to blend it if u want the shading to be softer. Alrernatively u could use charcoal for this which is much easier for blending. Notice how ur drawing is all kinda just muddy? Thats becausae you havent defined any area, there needs to be contrast. Ur actual drawing and proportions are good tho so keep at it

I am not very familiar death corps of krieg so I can't help so I can't help you on that front but I recommend is to experiment and get out of your comfort zone

I.e using oil paints to shade your minitures

Learn how to highlight where to put them

What paint brand do you use?

Now days rarely use citedal

I'm not satisfied with their paints

The first non citedal paint was ak interactive and they where great, vallejo have amazing paints so I highly recommend them

Their cheaper and are better quality

I've heard that vallejo metal color range are great especially chrome air

Army painter warpaint fanatic are fantastic used their jade colors for lion el'johnson power armor and highlight the gold with bright gold

think people as shapes, the structure of their body, the base is made out of an non organic shape, an non organic shape is like a a cube or a pyramid etc, an organic shape would be something more fluid like you see in the human structure, so for men you need to imagine that their base body is a rectangle, then the rest of how to the structure you can check out on yt, and as for the women it is more of a squeezed rectangle in the middle that makes it looks like a flat hourglass, again you need to study and practice anatomy of it since it changes a bit
