You said you already have the basic understanding of perspective, that's a really good start. You just have to build on it from there. There are tons of tutorials and courses readily available right now. I'm not into architectural art all that much but you can start by checking out "Modern Day James" understanding perspective and world building playlists on YouTube.
If you meant the academic start, I'm sorry I can't help in that regard.
