just putting it out there because i always see this point being made - every single venue of a twenty one pilots show has said this. there’s a “no camping” policy at every venue because if they allow it, they are liable for whatever happens to you, even if it’s 2 AM and no venue staff are present.

the stuff with the tøp crew saying it won’t be honoured is a different story tho, i don’t know much about that.

Also if the band crew is actually saying no line but then end up honoring the line then they need a better system. Everyone who got tickets should get an email with line instructions if they want to be so official. Like this twitter stuff is so inaccessible

I was reading on Reddit (I’d link it except we can’t link anything right now), and it sounds like TOP security seriously made it super clear in London that they were not at all whatsoever going to honor any fan line in the future. I guess it comes directly from Lucky, who is Tyler/TOP’s head security. Go to r/twentyonepilots and look for the Columbus thread for more details but there’s a lot of people pitching in that they heard that directly from Lucky in London.

It’s very aggravating that even with this messaging from both band security/other fans/the venue that there are still people trying to make a fan-line offsite but oh well, all we can do is show up when the band/venue wishes and hope for the best. Maybe they will actually ban those people from the show like they said they will.

I went to Ohio State and teach in a local school district (really close to Tyler’s house) but couldn’t get tickets. Osu is done for the spring so it should be pretty empty besides usual Columbus traffic and the wandering homeless outside of the chipotle that beg for money.

It is in direct sunlight with no cover though. It will be baking hot and not much room on sidewalk. Hopefully everyone has fun. I’m still trying to cope about not going lol.

The "ID" is "AXS mobile ID" just a section of the app that gives an ever-changing QR code they scan to be sure you are logged into the AXS app using the account that purchased the tickets

So I'm postulating a theory. I've met and talked with a handful of people going, and so far only two of 8 were able to snag a pair of tickets... the other six are going solo...
What if, they intentionally made a majority of the GA tickets available as a single ticket to force us all to socialize and get out of our comfort zones a bit.

It would be possible to do if they only released odd numbered tickets first, then the evens so that anyone looking for "2" would get the unavailable message since the system looks for two seats "together." That could also explain the lucky minority that managed to get a pair: they got in right as the second wave were released. 🤔🙃🤡

Your ticket order number wouldn't really let us know if they staggered it that way, 'cause 230 could easily be one of the first ones to get a pair, what would matter is if your two "seats" (since axs still assigns arbitrary seats to GA) are together.
But like I said it's just me coming up with a crazy theory as to why/how so many of us go only one ticket.

And of course since they don't give us all their number infos that we used to see on paper tickets now that everything's digital, we will may never know. 😅
